Gastric Band Adjustment-Download
If you have used our Virtual Gastric Band Journey and feel you are now ready to have your gastric band adjusted, this is the Hypnotherapy recording for you.
In these 2 sessions you have the choice of having your virtual gastric band tightened; which restricts and slows down the passage of food yet further which makes you feel fuller for longer, but also limits the amount of food you can eat at any one time. Or you can have the Virtual Gastric Band loosened so that your food passes through your stomach faster and you can eat more at any one time without feeling uncomfortable (but still not as much as before your virtual Gastric Band was fitted)
A gastric band should not be so tight that healthy, high-protein foods are no longer an option, because if this happens you might be tempted to eat soft high calorie foods like chips, cakes and ice cream, that taste good and slide down really easily but don’t keep you full for any length of time, so you will feel hungry. So as long as you have your Virtual Gastric Band fitted, make sure you are not eating foods with high calorie, high carbohydrate t content.
A Gastric Band needs to be loose enough to eat three-quarters of a cup of solid protein at one sitting. Meat is ideal.
When your Virtual Gastric Band is correctly adjusted, you will feel full for a long time and be satisfied by small meals. You will be achieving satisfactory weight loss (1 or 2 lbs a week) or maintenance.
When your Virtual Gastric Band is too loose, you may feel hungry and still want large meals – the virtual gastric band needs to be tightened by the addition of more saline solution known as a band fill
When your Virtual Gastric Band is too tight, you may feel too uncomfortable and could have side effects such as reflux heartburn, regurgitation, a bloated feeling all the time, in this case a gastric band de-fill by way of aspiration is required. Both procedures are done in real life without an anaesthetic and there is no pain or discomfort whatsoever.
Decide which category you fall into as you have both options available at the touch of a button. Neither will do you any harm, you just may not get the results you are looking for, but unlike a real-life Gastric Band Adjustment, you can always switch between either adjustment without any adverse affects to your health or wellbeing.
