Our project is designed to give: 1. To the creative people - recognition, deserved reward and unbiased assessment of their creativity.
2. To people wishing to invest in art to provide real works of art, on which future generations will judge our time, our efforts to preserve and develop the world, and along with this to provide quick and transparent mechanism of acquisition and liquidity.
3. To social society - through democratic selection, to decide themselves on real values, that contribute to spiritual and moral growth of both a man and mankind. Opportunity with the help of culture and art to direct the activities and development of mankind in creative rather than destructive direction.

There are two options paid and free, they are absolutely identical, no differences between them. The paid version is made on order, that people wishing to support the project, not just donate some money, but pay an issue of the journal. Free version is made in order that if a person is not familiar with the project, he could read it for free and then decide whether he support the project or not.
