Horse riders get home at the end of the day exhausted so instead of trying to plod through pages of a huge book, just slip the DVD on, and put your feet up and learn and enjoy. This is an e-book, but it's Colleen Kelly talking to you and explaining in plain English some of the things that become so difficult.
And it's not just one DVD...it's EIGHT SEPARATE DVDs! so they are easy to share with your friends as well!
In this electronic book, you will find out:
- What the judges really want
- Why sitting trot is so hard
- What are the myths to improve sitting trot that do not work
- Why lunging does not work for some people
- And SUPER SECRETS to improve sitting trot for riders and their coaches who find sitting trot almost impossible.
Ideal for riders who are struggling, for parents who want to know more about what to look for in their childs riding, and for coaches who might find sitting trot easy themselves, but are having problems with some of their clients. The three major areas that are addressed are:

- How to stop the bounce!
- How to get still hands & legs - esp in extension
- How to use our bodies for more engagement in extension.
