What causes grief?
When we lose someone we love, we will go through many emotions, including deep hurt, anger, guilt, panic, despair, and depression. Collectively we call these feelings grief. It is not only a death that causes grief, sometimes the end of a relationship, a divorce, or a friend moving far away can cause it.
