Culinary Travels Italy Cheese, Markets, and More!
From Northern Italy, we explore Grana Padano cheese, a cheese with a thousand-year history. We’ll learn how the monks created Grana Padano and see how it’s being produced in much the same artisinal methods today. We’ll also pair Grana Padano with classic dishes from the region. Then, we’ll head to Campania and the world-famous Amalfi Coast where we’ll hit the seafood market and team with a local chef for some outstanding regional cuisine before wrapping up with a trip to Naples for some authentic Neapolitan pizza.
