These two videos complement each other but can also be used separately.
THE COMPLETE HAND WORKOUT has five lessons and ten dances. The hand exercise dances are done in an aerobic workout style.
THE ADVANCED FINGER FITNESS GUIDE has 15 sections that break down the movements from basic to advanced.
