A Froggie Went a Wooing Download
Starts off with slow and short daytime pacing and singular croaks of the male green frog, then builds into night time croaking which is faster and with more repetitions.
A warm early July night. Mist collects in the valleys of the highlands. Fireflies wink at each other from the air as if imitating the stars above them, while others answer from the dew-covered ground. Crickets sing a dance of the pleasures of life. Green frogs punctuate the quiet, calling to their ladies, each one trying to be a soloist, apart from the rest. A discrete beaver causes the occasional water swirl to break the silence. Edited Field recordings. Length: 4:54.
