Voting War Out of Existence
A book that proposes a completely new tactic to end most war by simply voting it out of existence. To do that a citizen would of course have to have a vote, a genuine vote. The book provides compelling evidence that the popular vote in the U.S. was first stolen in the election of 1880 and the primary mechanism by which that was done, the end of the "open" vote and the introduction of the secret vote, has been with us ever since.
The book introduces Vva, or Voter verified audit, that allows citizens to verify their own vote independent of government. Vva then is used as the heart of PeeCE, or Peer Certifiend Elections, which can be used by hostile nations to moderate warlike hostilties toward each other and even end most war.
