This practice session is for any of those times when you need help to relax - it could be in bed if you''re having difficulty sleeping, or lying down on the mat in the finishing part of your home yoga practice. By taking the time to relax your mind and body, you are setting up the potential to sleep better, and deal with stress better. In this way you''ll become more resilient to the stuff life chucks at you, your blood pressure will become lower, you''ll reduce the likelihood of illness and increase the potential for life-long well-being in mind, body and soul.
