This approach to hand conditioning is a powerful tool for boosting performance and strength in specialized applications, such as playing a musical instrument, typing on a computer or carrying out a delicate surgical procedure.

Part A - includes WarmUps, 3 lessons and 5 dances. There is also an extended dance section with music only and no instruction that is suggested once you know the routines.
Meg Robinson, a certified hand therapist starts the video by explaining the concept of Finger Fitness and how to begin the exercise program.
The beginning also includes a FINGER BALLET / DIGITAL DANCE which uses colorful gloves and choreographed hand moves to entertain your eyes and give your mind an idea of some of the ways you will be exercising your fingers.
