Belly Bridges, which are the standard bridge that is placed on many models of handmade and production guitars, have graceful ramps on either end of the bridge. This ramp starts out at about 1/2 to 1/3 of the bridge thickness and transitions into a graceful curved ramp to meat the top surface of the bridge at the saddle and bridge pins.
