Relaxation - Circulating the Chi with Solfeggio Frequencies
This is a 30 minute relaxation/sleeping meditation track. It is a track of myself in a calm voice reciting the 4 Nei Kung affirmations repetitively. This track will help balance the Chi and has powerful healing potential. This track should be played at night, lying on your back, in bed, with eyes closed, and the room light turned off. Press your legs together and begin to listen to the track. Memorize the affirmations that I recite and mentally repeat them back as I speak them over and over until sleep intervenes. The 7 Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies are delicately embedded into this track and are barely audible. Enjoy.
