Create a fun picture to celebrate the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC, Canada by plotting ordered pair coordinates using ONLY Quadrant I of the coordinate grid. Students will create the five Olympics rings as well as a maple leaf which is found on the Canadian flag.
Students need repeated practice plotting a mix of positive and negative x/y coordinates. CoordinArt captures the necessity to challenge students while engaging them completely. The quality of the designs have students proud of their work and asking for more! This CoordinArt design is also avaliable in 4-quadrant format to allow for differentiated instruction!
