Let me assure you, I am not a doctor. I am a college student who has been battling acne for about 8 years. I have been to the dermatologist; I have tried every over-the-counter product known to man; I've bought books, changed my diet, and just about anything else one can do. It wasn't until I did the research, found the products with the ingredients that really work, and really stuck with everything that I began to achieve the results I desired.
