It includes some beginning balances as well as beginning phases of dog pose, squats, standing postures such as warrior and triangle, and forward bends to stretch the hamstrings. It ends with lying postures including moving bridge pose, which leads into relaxation. Exercises are repeated to build strength without strain. This practice is suitable for those with weaker lower backs and those who have recently begun to practice yoga.
