A 30 minute talk through practice session designed for those with some experience of Yoga Level 1 grade. Beginning with Ujjayi breathing, the class includes a short warm up, a vinyasa flow sequence and finishing poses.

I have practiced Yoga on and off (more off than on) for many years and have always struggled with motivation to get on the mat regularly. Amanda's Chill Out Session really inspires me to now practice every day.
