Reminders by Email
Reminders area great feature of Outlook. But what if you aren't at your computer? You'll miss the reminder! But not if you're available at another e-mail address elsewhere... With Reminders By Email you can automatically get e-mail notifications at the address you specify whenever the Reminders dialog pops up on the computer you have the add-in installed on! Now you'll never miss that important reminder for any important e-mail, appointment or task. Each reminder e-mail that is sent to your forwarding address will include the subject, body and start and end dates of the reminder-enabled item.
Create a rule with the Rules Wizard to check for incoming messages that are sent with a "high importance" priority, and set the rule to flag them for "Follow up within 0 days". The Reminders By Email add-in will now automatically forward notifications by e-mail for these messages and alert you that you've received an important message!
Compatible with Outlook 2000-2010 (*Outlook 2010 64-bit is not currently supported)
