This is a 26 minute spoken word lesson in body sensing & movement awareness. Combining process from hypnosis, NLP & Feldenkrais. The listener is guided to gently explore their contact with the floor using the imagery of triangles and connecting lines.
These lessons can be repeated many times. With each repetition you can discover more and more about your behaviour and patterns of use. Each small section of a lesson can be broken down to smaller and smaller segments.
