Completing the reps and sets with as much velocity as possible throughout the program is the goal. Rest periods need to be short but not at the risk of sloppy or slow movement. Work to rest periods will begin at 1:3. So if something takes you 6 seconds to complete your rest period is 18 seconds.

Each six-day block fits in a seven-day week. You MUST take off at least one day a week.
