"Dinner" is a funny song about the many food preferences people have in today's world. These days you need to use an Excel spreadsheet to plan a dinner!
Written for SSA, it has lots of short one-line solos, plus a chorus that everyone sings.
We performed it with an ensemble of 6, but it can be performed by any number of soloists, or a whole chorus. You just divvy up the solo parts - they are all mid-range. We alternated in this order: Alto, Middle, Soprano. By keeping the same order of soloists throughout, it was easier to remember when you came in!
"1. I don't eat beef. 2. I don't eat chicken. 3. I don't eat anything that can roam"...."and we'd all love to come to dinner at your home!"
