Lean Female | Meal Plan
The "Lean Female Meal Plan" consists of weekly meal plans based on carb cycling to help you reach your nutritional goals.
Each week you will cycle your carbohydrates between 3x Normal, 2x Low Carb and 2x High Carb Days
(One of which is a cheat day).
Also we have suggested the required supplements to help kick-start your day. Each plan is broken down into weight categories, 70kg+, 65kg - 55kg and 50kg. Start by choosing the appropriate one for your current weight and follow the recommended grams for each meal.
