Rapid Fire - Volume 1
Volume 1 will introduce you
to the basic Rapid Fire stances being used through out this program
along with a body a body mechanic drill that will teach you how to generate
maximum power. The strikes we will be concentrating on will be the palm
strike, the horizontal elbow strike, the downward hammer fist, the front
kick and the knee strike. Also included in this volume is the fun and
challenging Rapid Fire abdominal workout.
