Rapid Fire - Episode 10
In this episode we are going
to do a full review of the 4 new upper body strikes we learned, specifically
the horizontal hammer fist, the side elbow strike, the twisting elbow
strike and the rear elbow strike. We will also be adding in the final
2 lower body strikes those being the side stomp and the straight stomp.
Once again we will incorporate pad work and conditioning training drills
into this session.
