Rapid Fire - Episode 1
Episode 1 will introduce you
to the basic concepts and theory behind the Rapid Fire Self Defense
and Fitness program. This session will introduce the 2 basic stances
we will be using thru out this series, the Rapid Fire Ready Stance and
the Rapid Fire Fighting Stance along with a basic body mechanics drill.
The upper body strikes we will be concentrating on will be, the palm
strike, the downward hammer fist and the horizontal elbow strike. This
session will also include some pad work and conditioning drills.
