Rapid Fire - Episode 4
During this session we will
review the 1st basic combinations we learned in episode 3.
In this episode we will be introducing the 2nd lower body
technique into your training, specifically the knee strike. We will
also work on creating our 2nd combination by combining the
upper body strikes we’ve learned in previous episodes with the basic
knee strikes. As with our previous episode we will be incorporating
pad work and conditioning drills into your training session.
