Rapid Fire - Episode 2
During this session we will
review the Rapid Fire Ready Stance and the Rapid Fire Fighting Stance.
We will also review the basic body mechanic drills along with the palm
strike, the downward hammer fist and the horizontal elbow strike. In
this episode you will also be introduced to your 1st lower
body strike that being the basic front kick. We will also be including
some pad work and conditioning drills into your training session.
