The Weekly Balance result will turn red for a particular week when the Weekly Budget Limit has been exceeded. The Weekly Budget Tool 2009 also itemizes weekly expenses by Type. When the user enters a expense, a type can be entered, such as, Food, Beauty, Entertainment, Pet, Miscellaneous or Alcohol. The Weekly Budget Tool 2009 takes the itemized expenses and calculates a weekly average and a % of Weekly Budget Limit for each of the Type categories on the Summary sheet. The Weekly Budget Tool 2009 allows the user to see what types of expenses are being incurred and how much of the Weekly Budget Limit is being consumed.
