Lean Fit Healthy Bootcamp 1 Month
The LFH Bootcamp is the perfect way to get rid of that extra stone of weight you put on over the winter.
We'll get you ready for the summer while training with a great group of people and actually enjoy it.
You'll have access to our circuits sessions at the following times:
Monday 0630-0715 am
Tuesday 1830-1930 pm
Thursday 1800-1900 pm
Fruday 0630-0715 am
Saturday 0900-1000 am
Sunday Outdoor fitness 0800-0900 am
You have the perfect combination of mornings and evenings to make sure you get at least 3 sessions each week.
Each session will be a varied and fun fitness session using bodyweight, sleds, ropes, Med Balls and much more to help you burn off the extra fat and build a lean, fit and athletic body.
Nutrition is vital to the success of the LFH programme and we'll give you daily support through emails, recipes, meal builders and much more.
The idea is to help you eat tasty and varied food that makes you feel and look awesome, not have you cut out everything that you love eating.
The first 20 people to sign up to the LFH programme will get it for only £50/month.
