The population presentation is packed with really useful graphs and maps to use as a stimulus in your lessons. All the major population geography elements can be introduced here. I would recommend using population data handouts or a good atlas alongside the presentation to practice data and graphical skills. Population change is very useful to use as an introduction to the issue of how urban and rural housing and services must change. Use with the future population, population explosion, where people live and UK-Kenya population Differentiated Homeworks. Assess learning and understanding using the Revise and Test presentations included.
4 lesson units – growth, density, structure and migration.
