I have learned that it is not the situation that is the source of stress, but rather how we react to it that creates suffering. Dealing with stress is a necessary skill that has a direct influence on the wellbeing of the individual, community, and environment.
With this path, we understand why we react in a certain way and how we can bring a greater level of mindfulness into our way of being to accept what is.
