LISTENING TO NAPS
How should you listen to NAPS? When you go to bed just let it play on loop all night long.
How long should you listen to it to get optimum results? Some have claimed that listening to it for 10 nights secures the best results. However, I am a little more optimistic than that and would say that right after the first night it will be working. I mean, why does it have to be 10 nights? Why not just 10 minutes of light sleep to allow it to sink in. However, if you want to play it for a few nights then please do so if it makes you feel more confident.
The good thing is that this is not woo woo land, it is all scientifically proven! No need to read reams and reams of books or listen to this or that audio through the day. NAPS will do it all for you!
ONE THING TO DO BEFORE LISTENING TO NAPS
You have to look at many different aspects of a person’s life to decide what self-limiting belief is still active. For instance, if you are poor then that’s an obvious self-limiting belief to tackle about your hang-up over having money. If you are overweight then what is the basis of this self-limiting belief, and so on and so on. All of these things come about because they still have limiting-beliefs inside their subconscious mind. Once you clear that mind clutter out, the doorways for what you desire are open when you start using NAPS!
Clear out those things which compromise your consciousness, and then you have completed the first of a two part action to manifesting your desires.
Many have also asked me about the volume level of NAPS during playing? Well, it’s rather like listening to music, at times you might have it on loud if you are feeling that way inclined, or at times you just want it to be ambient in the background.
If you play it in low volume you are automatically creating a “subliminal” audio. However, it is best whereby when you play it that you can audibly discern what is being said on the NAP. You just have to play it by ear (sorry it wasn’t meant to be a joke). If you live in a household where others are sleeping then it is reasonable not to want to disturb them with your own audio.
Yes you can play it through earphone but I am not a great fan of anyone sleeping with headphone wires that could choke them if they turned around in their sleep, etc, etc.
