After completing Level 1 it is time for you to discover more about Wing Chun kungfu and how it is used. As before you begin with solo practice, Level 2 training begins with the second stage of the hand form Chum Kui (Sinking Bridge) focusing on turning for developing power behind your Wing Chun techniques through the waist to be transferred into strikes which can be used to sink down through your opponents defence.
This first part of the course will give you the understanding and Wing Chun technique you need to build on what you have learned in level 1 so you can search for your enemy, find contact and destroy his defences! .
