Breast Self-Exam With Dr. Ali’s IBER Method Seminar by Prof. Majid Ali
In this 30-minute seminar, Professor Majid Ali, M.D. highlights the importance of optimal self-exam with his IBER Method (Ignore-the-Breast-Examine-the-Ribs) for early detection of cancerous tumors in the breast. He informs that seven to eight of his ten tumors among his patients with breast cancer were first detected by the women by themselves, not by doctors, mammograms, MRI scans or thermograms. In a companion seminar entitled "Saying NO to Yearly Screening Mammograms," he explains at length why he does not recommend yearly screening mammograms. It is well-established that such mammograms do not save any lives from breast cancer. In another seminar in his "Course on Breast Health and Cancer Prevention," he underscores the importance of the following: (1) Healing Conversations and Oxygen Conversations; (2) Thee Guardian angels of Breast (Bowel, Blood, and Liver; (3) Food choices for preventing breast acidity and thickening of breast fluids; (4) Anti-fermentation and anti-inflammation spices and herbs; (5) Breast hygiene, and breast rubs with castor oil and/or natural Progesterone; (6) Bimonthly breast self-exam with IBER method; and (7) Physical exercise for improved breast blood and lymphatic circulation.
For continuing study of this crucial subject, he recommends his course entitled "Breast Health and Cancer prevention," which can be downloaded at www.aliacademy.org.
