Kettle-Jitsu Coach Manual
Kettle-Jitsu is the kettlebell and bodyweight training system developed by former mma and bjj champion Joey Alvarado. It is a comination of traditional kettlebell and bodyweight training with newly developed, mma influenced exercises created by Joey himself. This one of a kind fitness system has been described as a cross between P90x, crossfit, kettlebell and mma traiing. This coaches manual is the same document used in Joey's certifications all over the world! The Kettle-Jitsu Coaches manual contains all of the exercise, workouts and training philosophy used to attain level 1 certification.
