12 week Beginner Spring Time Trial Training Plan
We offer 3 different levels of Time Trial Programs, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
All programs are designed for people who want to specifically improve their time trailing or train for a specific event. You don’t need a special time trial bike, but it is recommended on some days you train in your time trail position on time trial bars.
Beginner programs are for those people that are newer to Time Trialing and have somewhat limited time availability. Beginner programs are 4-5 days a week and rides are 1-2 hours long.
Intermediate programs are for those with some Time Trial Experience and decent time availability. Programs are mostly 5 days a week and rides are 1.5-3hrs long.
Advanced programs are for those with a fair amount of time trial experience and good time availability. Programs are 5 days a week and rides are mostly 2-3 hours long.
