This program is designed to assist you in utilizing powerful imagery & affirmations for developing a new improved mindset, focusing on the art of inviting change. Mindsets in this program are envisioned as "power hats."
You will develop a new self-profile of caring for yourself at higher levels in all areas of your life. You will see more options, new information having a bearing on your goals. You will see yourself comfortable viewing new possibilities & enjoy practicing change in the workshop of your mind. You will observe video programs of yourself in new behaviors & as the writer/director/producer, you will enter these scenes, experiencing them first-hand. You will be able to enter old programs & edit these as well, while transferring chemical power stamps to your future time line experiences. You will be able to spot check your beliefs & make changes. also includes stress management, interactive self-hypnosis training, awareness training to manage thoughts & emotions, as well as mental biofeedback.
