Chesham Cheeze Cake
This is a fairly simple raw vegan cheeze cake. I called it Chesham Cheeze cake because it's as good as a NY Cheeze cake and much healthier an option. This recipe has preserved lemon juice but that is not necessary to use unless you have made some preserved lemons. I also share the recipe on how to make preserved lemons. This recipe also includes home made Irish Moss which is straight forward but does take 24 hours preparation time. Again Irish Moss is optional and you can instead just use coconut oil if preferred.
