Fear of Flying Hypnosis MP3
Being afraid to fly impacts life in two ways. For some people it means that holidays and business trips are a nightmare - accompanied by weeks of anticipatory anxiety; a terror-filled journey; and the whole of the time away spent worrying about the flight home. For others, they just never get into an aeroplane in the first place and consequently miss out on many of life’s wonderful adventures.
The fear has many aspects. Far fewer people than you might imagine are afraid of crashing. For most the fear centres around sensations of feeling trapped; feeling a loss of control; embarrassment; or the uncomfortable sensations of taking off and landing.
Hypnosis is a wonderfully gentle way to release this fear and enable you to enjoy your life more fully. Hypnosis can help to release you from your prison and allow you to travel anywhere you wish. Then, once you arrive at your exotic destination, you will be able to fully enjoy all of the sights, sounds and sensations - completely freed from any concerns about the flight home.
Hypnosis works by changing subconscious beliefs and ideas. It is only the beliefs and ideas you have about yourself in relation to flying that are the cause of this problem. In the full throes of panic during take-off, it might be difficult to imagine that this fear could soon just be a rapidly fading memory for you; or that listening to a CD might be all you need to give you the freedom to travel that you desire.
