TRAMPO-LEAN - Fun Interval Training on the Garden Trampoline is not about acrobatic skills. It is simply about using a fun tool for your fitness goals. Who says interval training has to be boring, linear exercise?
Get lean and fit the fun way!
- Get fit and lean while playing around!
- Get that heart rate up automatically!
- Work balance, coordination and heart at the same time!
- Work out in your own garden!
This is not about acrobatic skills. It is simply about using a fun tool to reach your fitness goals.
Two time Olympian and now personal trainer, Anja Bolbjerg, gives you three efficient progressions to make the most of your interval training sessions.
It can be difficult to push yourself hard enough during conventional interval training such as running or biking.
When you are on the trampoline you don’t have that problem. You’ll automatically get that high intensity – all while playing around. You will see your heart rate reach 150-160 bpm in no time without suffering the way you do in the more classical interval training disciplines.
You will get videos of three progressions:
• Progression 1: A 28 minutes workout with very basic movements for the beginner
• Progression 2: A 31 minutes workout with very simple movements for the intermediate
• Progression 3: A 32 minutes workout with drill combos for the advanced
Anja Bolbjerg is a former Olympic moguls skier and the only skier from Denmark to have ever won a world cup event. The trampoline is an important part of off snow training in freestyle skiing – not only for the jumps but for balance, agility and interval training. Denmark being a country with no mountains and hardly any snow, Anja used the trampoline a lot herself to assimilate skiing. She is now a certified personal trainer and has a masters degree in engineering with a thesis on the biomechanics of the knee. Today Anja uses her knowledge and experience as a former athlete to help other people reach their goals - and the trampoline is one of her real popular tools!
