Alzbeta comes from a family of chefs. Her mother is an accomplished pastry chef, while her brother a master chef at Four Season’s in Slovakia. From an early age she showed interest in creating unique flavors in the
kitchen. Her passion led her to Grand Canaria, Spain, where she learned the secrets of traditional Spanish cuisine. After moving to Los Angeles she studied under Four Season’s Sushi chef, Chef Masa. Soon she became a vegan chef catering to private homes and health conscious celebrities. Her fascination with raw, organic ingredients led her to the world’s first raw chef, Juliano Brotman. Under the guidance of Chef Juliano, she became a certified Raw Chef and continues to cater to the health conscious masses at his restaurant, Planet Raw in Santa Monica, CA. One of Alzbeta's passions is working with essential oils at Young Living Oils, she infuses her dishes with the knowledge of plant derived therapeutic scents.
Alzbeta spends her free time practicing karate in which she holds a black belt, teaching yoga and continues her studies with as a handgun instructor.
