The file is approximately 30 minutes long. To use the audio: Listen once through completely without distractions. You are welcome to chant along with the audio or just listen. Then, it is recommended that you listen once daily for at least 30 days. If you do not have time to listen to the entire 30 minutes without other distractions, you can listen to 5-10 minutes, and/or play the audio file at a low volume while you are working.
